Refund policy

Because our products are digital files delivered instantly after purchase, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a product has been purchased.

Exceptions. We will issue a refund for: duplicate orders (the same product purchased more than once by mistake) and download issues (you were unable to download the files you purchased; reviewed case by case).
